Robison gets 100% from me. Tricia was great and informative and the installers were phenomenal. My son lives in the basement of the home and he sleeps so much better since the installment of the Santa Fe dehumidification system was done. I will continue to recommend Robison to friends.

We are longtime customers of Robison. We signed up for your service at the recommendation of Dave soon after buying our home.
We have been very satisfied with the service we received over the years. But the service was exceptionally good when our new boiler, burner and hot water heater were installed the past two days.
The three men who should be commended are Gary, Ray and Marty. Gary showed up every day on time; something I wish all contractors would do.
The men worked the entire time they were here. They tended to their business and didn’t waste time talking or taking breaks.
I was very concerned about our flooring. Anyone who walks in the basement comes upstairs with a fine, gritty concrete dust on the bottoms of their shoes. When your men went in and out of the house they had to walk on hardwood floors in our family room and on porcelain tiles in our kitchen. The powdery dust would have left fine scratches on the hardwood floors. I was truly amazed and pleased when your men laid down a padded runner to protect the flooring. The floor shows no wear & tear from all the times they walked on it. The person who came up with the idea of the runner should be congratulated.
Before removing anything from the basement, they wrapped it in heavy plastic to prevent debris from falling on the floor. Only Robison would take such care.
When Gary and Ray finished, they explained the new unit to me and they labeled the parts I need to know, which I greatly appreciate. Before leaving they thoroughly cleaned up the workspace.
In the past 3 years we did a lot of work on our house. When we renovated our kitchen we had carpenters, plumbers, painters, electricians and tile men. All of them had top-notch skills, but none of them showed the professionalism, thoroughness and care that your men showed.
Robison is extremely customer-oriented to have established these procedures for your men to follow. Robison is fortunate to have these men representing the company to your customers. Your customers are fortunate to have Robison and these men performing the work.

I am writing to thank you for the excellent service I received today from the team at Robison.
I woke up to no heat and hot water and when I checked our basement boiler and hot water heater, the boiler was off and the hot water heater had an error reading.
I immediately called your offices and my call was answered in seconds. The person I spoke with was friendly and helpful and said she’d send someone within two to four hours, but hopefully sooner.
As it happened, less than one hour later, one of your service team members arrived and introduced himself. He was very friendly and even remembered having been here to install something years ago (which turned out to be the hot water heater).
Marty diagnosed the issues, replaced the necessary part(s) and made sure that the boiler and hot water heater returned to proper working order.
As I re-read what I’ve written, it seems rather unremarkable…but the reality is that most service today is not nice or friendly or prompt or early or efficient or effective.
Robison was all of those things today. I appreciate the high standard set by the Singer leadership. Thank you all so much.
Yesterday Ray and John came to install our new boiler. They were not only apparently very competent but extremely pleasant. Hope you are having a great fall!
