Marketing Assistant

We are currently seeking an entry-level to junior Marketing assistant to work in our Marketing Department located in Port Chester, NY. The right person will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team for a growing company.
To be successful in this position, you must have excellent analytical skills, can-do attitude, able to multi-task, be a team player, able to write in professional manner, and keep up with the fast-paced environment.
Internship experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with Marketing team to execute, deploy, optimize, and analyze campaigns and strategy.
- Manage weekly download, filtering, presentation of data points and key performance indicators (KPI) in excel using basic pivot tables followed by distribution of those reports.
- Manage materials for sponsored community and business events, inclusive of attending, tabling, and posting on social during and post event. Events may require overtime hours, including evenings and weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
- Manage weekly mailings for marketing cycle of opportunities (DRIP), inclusive of print, mail, data checking and correction.
- Updating website utilizing CMS console: blog posting, career opportunity updates and overall text edits.
- Ability to/willingness to learn how to design and/or edit content for: direct mail, print, email campaigns, Google ads, sales presentations (virtual & in-person), social media use etc. Provide items for review to department managers as applicable.
- Work with CRM to execute email pushes, and review sales opportunity created for proper lead source attribution with possible verification via tracked phone recordings or completed online forms. When applicable provide support to CRM users as needed
- Ad-hoc reports from backend office system and/or CRM with subsequent data analysis.
- Communicate with vendors as needed retaining all documentation.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Microsoft Office / Google Docs – Excel and Word, high computer proficiency and literacy
- CRM – Microsoft Dynamics (or similar)
- Writing – short and long writing and excellent reviewer
- Design – basic editing i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva

Under the direction of the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Business Operations Senior Analyst is primarily responsible for advancing the development and tracking of operational statistics and key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will be intensely analytical, highly organized and committed to data integrity. This is a critical role as the Business Operations Senior Analyst will drive the evolution of our systems and processes; ultimately providing critical insight into the drivers of operational profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities
I. Ongoing responsibilities
- Lead the development of financial models, analyses and ad-hoc reports around all aspects of operations, including:
- Ongoing maintenance of dynamic parts and materials costs based on guidance from suppliers.
- Analytical support of cost saving alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Development and periodic updating of fully loaded labor cost rates.
- Analytical support of the development of materials, labor and job list pricing.
- Service contract list price achievement and profitability.
- Ongoing labor cost and hour reconciliation
- Analyze monthly operational performance identifying variances and trends.
- Identify, prepare, and disseminate key performance indicators.
- Continuously evaluate processes, supporting automation where applicable, to drive process improvement.
II. Annual responsibilities
- Actively participate in the development of the annual budget for all service departments including revenue planning, operational expenses, key performance indicator development and timeline adherence. Successful efforts will help ensure that budgets are comprehensive, accurate, statistically based and completed timely.

Qualifications
Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Dispatcher
Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times. Assists with coordinating vehicle maintenance, as well as managing productivity of the service technicians.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Take incoming customer calls on the weekends and after hours.
- Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received
- Create dispatch ticket for all service calls on weekends and after hours
- Dispatch Service Technicians, one call at a time
- Dispatch Service Technicians from home to first call
- Debrief Service Technicians after completion of each call (if necessary)
- Respond to all messages left overnight
- Maintain the dispatch board / schedule
- Contact customers with ETA if a technician is running late
- Forward list of parts needed by technicians and arrange delivery of parts to the location.
- Prepare paperwork for all Field Supervisors

Electrician
Responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, installing, and modifying electrical components and systems for mostly residential customers in Westchester and Putnam counties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring
- Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components
- Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards

Survey current and potential customers’ homes to collect and analyze home comfort and safety data and interact with the homeowner as a company representative.
